SEPL is a rural library serving the residents of the Seneca East School District & surrounding areas providing our patrons access to quality materials and services for their educational, informational, cultural and recreational needs in an atmosphere that is always welcoming, respectful, and professional. We strive to develop a collection representative of the current and possible future interests of the service area.
