Youth Asset Luncheon

The Youth Asset luncheon is a program to honor Youth Asset Builder Award Winners who are chosen because they exemplify Search Institute’s 40 Developmental Assets. The developmental assets are a set of internal and external skills, character traits, experiences and supports that help children become healthy, caring and responsible adults. Among the 40 assets are family support, positive peer influence, school engagement and peaceful conflict resolution. 

This luncheon is held every Fall. In 2025 it was the 26th Annual Celebrate Youth Luncheon. It is hosted by the Rotary Club of Tiffin and Seneca County Family & Children First Council. The event honors numerous young people and adults as "Youth Asset Builders" for their dedication to community service and positive impact.
